OA is definitely D. Do you know, as per English grammar rules B is also correct but not by ETS grammar rules.

What is compared is not two types of oils, but how well each type of oil burns. ETS would prefer that you use verb "do" or "does" rathar than "burn".

yes the ETS english is different unfortunately,
My opinion is same as yours, B grametically corect but D is ETScally correct :roll:
