The harmful effects of marijuana and other drugs have been considerably overstated. Although parents and teachers have expressed much concerns over the dangers that widespread usage of marijuana and other drugs pose for high school and junior high school students, a national survey of 5.000 students of ages 13 to 17 showed that fewer than 15% of those students thought such drug use was likely to be harmful.
