If you have not provided the answer then it is highly likely that I would have got it wrong.
I will try to explain.
Tradionally - elected people put more efforts in early stages
Now - election can be won in last days of campaign. Proved by opinion pools.
Conclusion - In cases of "Now", losing person would have been advised to spend money in later stages of campaign.
Now lets see the answer choices.
A - Television campaigns are out of scope. Its all about funds in early stages and later stages.
B - Not an assumption but it looks like another conclusion.
C - Fund accural is not the point. Its the fund spent that is being discussed.
D - Clearly out of scope.
E - Lets try negating it. If a losing candidate have eliminated the chances of winning if he spend less in the early stages then whats the point in saving for later stages. Argument fails. So this is correct.
