But the answer asks most seriously strengthen's the choice, C is clearly that vs A, correct?

Why Bitcoin could be a solution to fight the decreasing value of money with time, a solution for centralized decisions, and a solution for the unlimited supply of fiat currencies?
A) answers specifically these problems.

My thoughts on the stem as follows

1. The stem is a poor quality question

2. The stem says that a person should invest in BitCoin as against keep their investments in traditional bank accounts because traditional bank accounts do not beat the inflation rate and another event is expected to further catalyse this.

Option A only tells us about Bitcoin being limited in supply and average rates moving up. Whether the average rates move by 10% or 100% we don't really know and would they help him meet the objective of staying above the commodity price is again questionable.

Option C definitely answers this by addressing that the return will be 2500% and therefore expected to outperform any inflation.

I don't see why A is correct
