Another waco-jaco , not-GMAT-like question from Cambridge.

What is the OE, I wonder.

This ones surely a LSAT one.. The LSAT CRs lay emphasis on words..

Here I suppose.. the crack lies with "Can" in the Assumption I.

It says that "Robert can be convicted" which does not make it certain that Robert will be convicted.

II and III recreate a Big Question mark on the Who dunn it ? scenario and does not resolve anything other that indicating that it is one of the two who performed the crime.

IV - makes sure that jury will consider Edwards's testimony.

So, the only one stays in the open is I, which cannot convict Robert.

What say Haas, sangarelli?

Waiting for the OE though..

Twister CR. If Edwards testimony turns out to be false and the crime involved only one person, then the amswer should be (D).
