A is the best answer.

Conclusion:
differences in views result from the arbitrary, illogical, and inconsistent application of morall standards.

Reason1:
fact that one person is homely and another is beautiful is not viewed as morally wrong
Reason2:
a drug dealer retiring on his millions while a retired clerk is forced to go on welfare is considered morally reprehensible.

Assumption is that the 2 reasons are comparable. Answer choice A points out that they're not necessarily comparable.
