D mentions that there are unlimited tickets so whoever wants to buy one will be able to GET ONE. However, that doesnt mean they cant want to buy a ticket (even if it has a limit). The beginning of the passage mentioned that whoever wants to buy the ticket haven't seen the play before and the restriction is only those people who have not seen the play (which is the people who want to buy the ticket) are allowed. So it seems the restriction is redundant. The one important part is that there could be people who want to see it a second time so for this logic to work E has to be the answer since it basically shows that those people who cant buy tickets wont want one anyway.
Let A be the set of people who wants to buy tickets for charity Let B be the set of people who never seen the play, from the statement A is a subset of B.
Hence the demand is very high, they decided to sell tickets only to people who have never seen the play ( that is to B) , doing so satisfies the condition that all who wanted to buy tickets for charity actually did buy ticket which means set B and set A are equal which was exhibited by statement 5
