(A) All descriptions of boats symbolize the triumph of love over adversity.
-- This might be or might not be true. Hence not a correct answer choice.

(B) Any story that describes the triumph of love over adversity is intended to evoke feelings of hope and longing in the reader.
Might be possible might not be. Hence cannot be a correct answer choice.

(C) Romance novels of any kind are usually intended to fulfill readers' fantasies of escape from daily life.
New Information. Hence cannot be a correct answer choice. It is just symbolization by author.

(D) Most stories about beaches express the author's moralistic views on love and settling down.
-- Again same explanation. Might or might not be possible. Hence D is not a correct answer choice.

(E) Some stories that express the author's desire for escape from daily life also describe the triumph of love over adversity.
-- Some means atleast one / few. This has to be true. All the romance story describes the triumph of love over adversity and the romance story on boat will express the author's desire for escape from daily life. Hence E is a correct answer choice.

Thank you.

Thanks,
