I've been doing many RC problems and I seem to answer all the other questions correctly except for the first question (s):
1. What is the primary purpose of the passage...
or
2. The passage is primarily concerned with...
Does anybody have a nice way of finding the answers to these questions? I know it might sound stupid, but I've having a hard time generalizing an answer because the answers given are totally off from what I am able to summarize from reading the passage.
Also, how long should it take the average person to read a passage and answer say 4/5 questions total? It takes me on average about 9-10 minutes...
