This is a tough one, but I go with C

A sounds good, but I do not know if the first paragraph is a phenamenon. It is more like a theory or a claim.

I go with C. The last sentence in the first paragragh about organizational structure and human relations in qualified in the end of the second paragraph when talking abt how organizations, employees are affected.
