Hi,guys ,I always did wrong in the "main idea" question in RC parts. I do not know why, and how to overcome this???is there any one who can help me . thanks a lot !!!!!! I just feel sooooo sad . after finishing all the passage in OG11, I still can not pick the correct one.

I moved the post to the Reading Comprehension forums since your question refers to RC. We are still figuring out which posts stay in the general verbal forum, so bear with me.

let me bail you out
any passage in GMAT will have 4 to 6 Para(may be 7 maxm in 65 lines passages)
read the 1st and last para in details, may be twice
read the other para vertically(not in details)
try to understand what the author/speaker/writer is trying to convey in 1st and last
how he is ending the passage?
main ideas are hidden here at the end mostly
note the Buzzwords mentally
the inside(body) passages are just discussing things with examples,counter-examples etc
check the passages i posted under "Reading Comprehension"
you will get fair enough ideas by now
