E - right - each is preferred over every

tested on a certain math concept --> implies a change of meaning ... so c,d,e out

between A and B, the subject-verb doesnt agree for "all the questions"

Not sure why the original says "test of" and the option says "test on". Either way, option (a) is the best choice

I thought second part needs verb and chose E.

Going with E. It does change the meaningm but is it the wrong meaning?

I choose 'A'.
CDE are out coz it says "question tested on....concept". Question is not tested on a concept...It tests a concept.
And 'A' sounds better than 'B' with "each" in it.

Easy (A). You can immediately eliminate (C), (D), and (E), because they state that the questions themselves are being tested on certain math concepts, which doesn't make sense. In (A), it says that each individual question tests a certain math concept; in (B), it says that all of the questions together are a collective test on one single math concept (eg, all 37 questions test geometry). (A) is right.

I'd go with A,

The elimination came from the difference of "Test" and "Tested". Question(s) can not be tested. Between A and B, EACH fits better since its referring to "concept".
