Bolded portion is incorrect. It should be 'that she should not'
We are left with C & E.

'Advised of' is the correct idiom as compared to 'Advised that'.
So I go with C.

I would have to say B. The question is asking for the correct parallel structure. First of all I believe advise of and advise that are both acceptable idioms so you can't narrow it down there.
B seems to have the best structure. "...she was advised, ... (was) told, ... and (was) given"
A wouldn't be right because you either need to maintain a parallel word throughout the structure or use it only on the first instance, and make it implied for the rest of the parallel phrases. You can't use "was" in the first phrase, skip the second, and then use it again in the third phrase.
