Straight A.

When a Semicolon is used, the statements on its left and right should be complete sentences rather than Subordinate clauses.

Usage of However in the beginning of the statements makes options B,D and E as Subordinate Clauses.

Option C is in Passive Voice and wordy hence not preferable.

only choices available are A and C. The end of C is just wrong so A
