E a run on sentence without proper connection between ‘with longer lag times, - and ‘it is far slower’
B is the final correct one with no S-V number - agreement problem and S-V mismatch problem.

in B, "with long lag time" is modifying what? Check once again...... "with long lag time" is modifying satellite internet.
....wasting a lot of money.... But if all the investment helps me in getting a 38 or 39 in V, I wont mind it)
