Hi,
There is an issue with one answer in the GMAT Club Grammar book for a sentence in the exercise 27. The sentence is:
8. Did you remember (deliver) _____ the package before going to
work?
As per the rule defined on page 109 for "Verbs Always followed by a Gerund" recall or remember is always followed by a gerund. So, here "Delivering" should be filled in the blank while the answer on the answer sheet is "to deliver".

Never say never. And never say always.
In this case, it's just a difference of meaning.
"I remember winning the lotto."
"I will remember winning the lotto for the rest of my life."
"Did you remember playing the lotto?"
"Do you remember playing the lotto?"
"Did you remember to play the lotto?"
Did you remember delivering the package?
Did you remember to deliver the package?
Both are fine--they convey a slightly different meaning. The first one calls an action from the past. The second one instills a command. So it's just a difference in meaning. Both are acceptable.
