Can someone please explain me the difference between these two sentences.
I scored three goals in yesterday's game, as did Suzanne.
I scored three goals in yesterday's game, so did Suzanne.
I found the first sentence from MGMAT SC guide, Chapter 8, Problem set Q# 2. I want to know if the second sentence is also correct and does it mean the same or different.

Can you post the complete question.
I believe
"I scored three goals in yesterday's game, so did Suzanne." is a run on sentence as the two clauses seperated by a comma are independent.
I scored three goals in yesterday's game + So did Suzanne
