Cristoph, I too had the same reasoning as yours. But the OA is B.
I think since comma is absent so your opinion being close to you refers to you.

This sentence somehow sounds wrong.

You write with a pen.
Is it right to say, write with your opinion?

B does sound least wrong of all the options, however I am not sure "with" is correct in this context.
