Eliminate A, B, and E.
Chunk and Compare:
Compare C to D.
The first difference is 訴s・in Choice C versus 蘇as been・in Choice D.
When making this decision we remember our Verb rule; Actions in two time different frames must be distinguished by use of terms that indicate time or by use of the 塗ave + verb・form.
In this case we are not dealing with two different time periods, and the have + verb form is inappropriate.
