The "it" in B seems to be dangling.

C is a better choice.

A - in large percentages is not idiomatic
B - added dentistry which is not mentioned in the original sentence
C - I'll go with this choice. It's the receipt of fillings with large % of mercury that increases risk (the modifier for mercury is marked out by commas)
D - large percentages are used is not idiomatic
E - If statement should follow up with 'it would'

I'll go with C
