of not having their names in press...is correct.

My money is on A for this one.

We need an answer in the present tense subjunctive.

A seems incorrect but it is the correct answer I think
Idiom can be "of" or "that" but if you use "of" you should get a name just after. I think so :roll:
Futur or present is not correct in B and C.
It is a specific form, I've already seen it written like this but I must adnit it is quite strange...
