A seems incorrect but it is the correct answer I think
Idiom can be "of" or "that" but if you use "of" you should get a name just after. I think so :roll:
Futur or present is not correct in B and C.
It is a specific form, I've already seen it written like this but I must adnit it is quite strange...

I would go with "A" . A is the one that uses the correct tense
