this one is weird, I don't see the flaw in E. And the equivalent is clear to me

my bad. it is a typo. OA is actually E. in the GMAT world. equal only refers to = to sign. for example 5 plus two is equal to 7. in rest of the cases equivalant should be used. so A, B and C is out. D is out because the correct comparison should be that of large stadium or of large stadium's. so E remains and it is the only choice. Again sorry about the typo.
