' The Correct Answer is E...not sure why you are stuck when the OA and the option you choose is already E Option C is not the answer. Because it changes the meaning of the original sentence by replacing 'founded' by 'found'. Here Norway did not find NATO, but instead founded it. * Founded means establish, launch or set up.
