B is awkward, A & C have comparison issue - women’s education compare with men
between D & E - second portion in D is not sounds good " equality of standard in judgment of morality"
most possible answer E

The OA given in the source is not E. :dontknow: I'll post the OE in November. Meanwhile you are welcome to post your furhter analysis.

Is it D. i eliminated D only for second portion that sounds not good for me. but E has meaning alteration issues for argues and asks. Also 'to be' uses in E creates run-on sentence. i think we can eliminate E for these reasons

A.
---Here Women's education is being compared with men. wrong comparison so A out.
B.
---B has meaning issues. B is out
C.
---Out for the same reason as A.
D.
So far D seems fine so let's keep D.
E.
---that of refers to women's education and if we replace that of with women's education in the sentence then the sentence won't make sense.
... With women's education a man.... Awkward. So E is out.

Answer is 'D'.

In A Vindication of the Rights of Woman, the author Mary Wollstonecraft argues about women’s education being commensurate with men and asks equal standard in judgment of morality.

A. argues about women’s education being commensurate with men and asks equal standard in judgment of morality
incorrect comparison

B. argues about women educating commensurately with men asking equal standard in judging morality
awkward grammatical structure

C. asks women’s education to be commensurate with men and argues equally moral standard judgment
incorrect comparison

D. argues that women’s education be commensurate with men’s and asks for equality of standard in judgment of morality
correct comparison..women's education vis-a-vis men's (education)

E. asks for a woman’s education to be commensurate with that of a man and argues for equal standard in judging morality
'that' when replaced leads to...comparison like..women's education to be commensurate with that (women'education) of a man..Illogical meaning

(D) is the CORRECT answer
