A) - not parallel (the establisment... closing)
B) - changes the meaning of the sentence (size of shark, instead of size of catch)
D) - need a 'which' to point to remedies
E) - need a 'which' to point ot remedies

I will go with C. It's parallel (the establisment of ... the closing of ...) and 'which includes' modify remedies.

I go for "C".

"remedies" need "include" and not "includes"!

I ll go with D

A study by the Ocean Wilde Campaign urged states to undertake a number of remedies to reverse a decline in the shark population, which includes the establishement of size limits for shark catches, closing state waters for shark fishing during pupping season, and requiring commercial fishers to have federal shark permits.

A) which includes the establishement of size limits for shark catches, closing NOT || EL
B) which includes establishing limits to the size of sharks that can be caught, closing CHANGES THE MEANING OF THE SENTENCE

C) which include the establishement of size limits for shark catches, the closing of ESTABLISHMENT IS NOT ||EL ,ALSO THE CLOSING OF WATERS IS WORDY
D) including establishing size limits for shark catches, closing
CORRECT.TERSE!!
E) including the establishing of limits to the size of sharks that are caught, the closing of SIMILAR ERROR AS IN B

establishing ...., closing ..., and requiring .

B changes the meaning of the sentence.

I go for "D"

Here parallelism is being tested, so we must compare parallel things.

Including establishing size limits..., closing state waters..., and requiring commercial fishers to have federal shark permits.

"B" and "E" are too wordy

I don`t think (B) changes the meaning of the sentence. In other words, smaller (immature) sharks would have to be released in order to propogate the species. The reason why it is wrong is beacuse of a faulty S-V agreement: ....a number of remedies....includes....

(D) by POE. llism is based on establishing...closing...requiring....
