First, the word 'require" can take both that and infinitive
She Requires [NOUN] to do work.
She Requires THAT her friend DO work........(Subjunctive)
A) that a nation prevents the spread of nuclear weapons, promotes the practice of peaceful uses of nuclear energy, and furthers
should be simple form of the verb.
B) from a nation that the nation should prevent the spread of nuclear weapons, promote the practice of peaceful uses of nuclear energy, and further
Should is redundant. Already the sentence is using require as an authoritative word.
C) a nation to prevent the spread of nuclear weapons, to promote the practice of peaceful uses of nuclear energy, and to further
parallel and correct
D) that a nation should prevent the spread of nuclear weapons, the practice of peaceful uses of nuclear energy should be promoted, and that it should further
