Answer to this is E?
a) '...exceed all of its southeast Asia neighboors...' this looks like the fertility rates are exceeding the neighbours... incorrect.
b) same problem
c) present participle is not the best choice of tense here...
d) 'exceed all those of ' is awkward... should have been 'exceed those of all'
e) looks good to me...
