The OA is B.

I had one question regarding A... can we count out A b/c 'Compare to' needs to be used to describe two unlike things? (i.e. in this case it's used to describe two like things - households).

SCs are usually down to under a minute so I only time CRs and RCs now. A typical CR takes a pathetic 2~3 minutes to solve on average, and 4 RCs can take up to 12 minutes!

Sorry, bit of clarification needed here. I meant to say that it often takes me up to 12 minutes to answer the 4 RC questions related to just one passage. Especially if it is something like the "historical relevance of antidisestablishmentarianism....blah blah .... BS~"
