Since you are referring to "all" things, I don't think you can use "whom" here.
So I'll go with B.

Knowing your prowess in this particular area, it's hard to figure out why you are posting simple (?) questions... or may be I am missing something about these questions..

Is there anything you wanted to discuss specifically or just general practice questions?

I dont have the OA but I think it is B. The last part of the sentence is a summative modifier.

Its a good catch. I eliminated C because I thought it changes the meaning by making it sound like every one of their large employee base would be necessary.

I notice now that the large employee base is actually singular. Thanks.
