I would vote for B . I think usage of 'would' is wrong here.
D and E looks ambiguous.

Oooh a tough one. I'll take a crack at it. Since they are talking about her driving in the future, I believe it should be "never will be allowed". Since, C, D and E are wrong, I'll vote for B.

What's wrong with E? It avoids the rather clumsy repetition of "allowed to drive".

I go for B,although I do not like "wrecked" in the first part of the sentence.

not sure. i will still go with A. i feel like sticking with would due to the speculative tone.
B is not a good construction. Not sure if GMAT approves of constructions such as X has not been allowed to drive and probably will/would never be allowed to drive.

i think this construction is a bit awkward.

OA is B...

here is my view:

C D and E are wrong because

we need "has not been" present perfect continues...
in all the 3 option if you remove "and probably will never " we get the problem

"she has not be allowed to drive"... wrong..

Now in A and B...

A: " would be allowed to drive" past tense representation of a thing happening in the future and "has not been allowed to drive" is present perfect continues... Wrong...

this error is not there for B...

I say B.

A: incorrect usage of would.
C: has not what? needs to be ||. incorrect usage of would
D: has not what? needs to be ||
E: needs "been"

Guys we need a continuous tense here. She wrecked the car last year and till this day she has not been allowed to drive.

Leaves out A & B.

How can B be correct if B changes the meaning by using will? will makes it a certainty.

Not only that, allowed to drive is clearly redundant (two times)

Those who think its B, can you please offer more explanation on why A is wrong?
