OA is E . You can explain now.

(A) Which incorrectly qualifies $950 million – misplaced modifier
In GMAT, which when used as a relative pronoun and hence as a modifier should have a clear and immediate antecedent preceding it..

(B) Has announced …that it will is not in parallel with that makes
Second subordinate clause has no logical connection with main clause.
‘Some thing like this – Company announced ABC, a part of the deal..’ not an appositive, absolute construction and no connecting modifiers or conjunctions …..(list goes on)

(C) Same as ‘B’
Looks like Announcement is going to make it largest manufacturer

(D) as a part of a deal – I am not comfortable with it, sounds unidiomatic
To make is not in parallel with that will make

(E) Looks good – neat and clean
