A and B are incorrect because it is using "they". They is referring to Dinosaurs, it is not Dinosaurs but their fossils are 25 million years older.
C and E is incorrect for same reasons because it is comparing age of fossils with Dinosaurs age. Moreover "were found" makes these options passive. Finally E has a missing verb.
D is correctly making the correct comparison.
