A-> correct as a result of the removal of X and the clearing of Z parallel and gramatical
B-> as a result of removing x and the clearing of Z -> clearing is a gerund and removing is a verb in present continuos -> not parallel
C-> eliminate years resulting is incorrect
D-> years which is a result incorrectly says years are a result
E -> same as D

(D) and (E) are out; “which” illogically modifies “recent years”
Among (A) to (C), I pick (C) because “removing of the native fox population” is ll to “clearing of surrounding woodlands”.
