Tough one...
'an one-hundred...' is incorrect, an article 'a' is needed here, A,B - Out
'today's game which determined the championship' is redundant, D- Out
I'm confused between C and E, but the the first seems to be more concise, though slightly changes meaning...

If you look closely, C & E are the same except for "Needless to say" in E. Its better to "Keep is Short & Simple", so went with C
