In SC where entire sentence is underlined , I look for coherent train of thought & option C fit into it .

This is Dog of a sentence.

How do you figure out to be printed vs printed? Esp, given that the whole sentence is underlined.

Also In C, Isn't there a modifier issue? In a series of letters seem to modify The principal as opposed to the content??

Thoughts??

I picked B. What is the OA & OE?

i also picked b but the problem in C is that principal is singular so it shld be puts.....???? put is verb here

C wins for me as in B it sounds that the proposal was printed and not the agrument.
