I think the answer is D, but somebody say to me that's B!
Would you tell me why D is correct, and why B is not correct?
In additional, I am wondering whether a sentence 'Compelled by their husbands, many women work in business.' is gramatically correct or not.
If that is not correct, would you also tell me why not?

This is an odd question and does not appear to be in typical GMAT format. It looks more like a GRE question as it tests understanding of the definition of "founded by".
The answer is "D. founded by" because "founded by" means "to start", meaning the husband or family owns the business. Thus the connection to the woman executive is that she is related to the people that start the company, implying that's how she got the job rather than by merit (i.e., ability, skill, aptitude)
"compelled by" means "forced" or coerced, not by choice.

I think the tone of sentence here demand contrast (Though many--------can boast--------many of them work--------).
If filled the blank space by "founded by", it didn't justify the contrast whereas the "compelled by" will perfectly fill the space justifying the contrast in sentence.
Although I will still go with D.
