Because C conveys the same meaning with a lengthy sentence where as D is clear and crisp
This is what i use for for solving comparison/logic questions - Ask yourself - what is being compared? musical talent or other creative skills vs weak writing talents
Once that is nailed down - follow the logic and you will eliminate quite a few wrong answers
