A it is
D use definite article "the" and it is not clear which capital we are refering to.

I would prefer (D), use of article "the" is appropriate over here, as is suggested by preposition "that". Clause after "that" clearly specify which capital we are talking about.

Rather I feel, in choice (A) ommision of "the" makes sentence uclear as to which capital we are refering to!!

Any comment??

i was looking for this 'do not' all over the place. :cry:

My only logic for the hunt was that, the sentence uses the conjuntion 'and' to get two items togather, and when I see this 'and' i want a plural verb. Nice one though. Thanks man,
