i do not know why it is so hard for most posters not to select an OA while posting or to obscure the OA if it is written as part of the original post.

 Regardless means without regard. Using irregardless means double negative, which is not correct. It is not same like using irregular! 
B irregardless of the other nutrients, physical activity, and emotional state.
