The correct answer is B, it refers to the term "low-fat", which is not a product.

'low fat' is not a product rather a term which refers to a product...blah blah.

(A) it is a product that is -> low fat is not a product (Incorrect)
(B) it refers to a product that is ->correct
(C) it is in reference to products ->awkward
(D) it is a product -> (Incorrect) same reason as in option A
(E) they are products that are ->subject-verb agreement(Incorrect)


so correct ans is B
