After the fact that the test format was changed, scored were decreased by more than 25%.
After the changes were made in the test format, scores dropped by more than a 25% decrease.
I think the answer given by Manhattan is not correct. Reason:
dropped by more than a 25% decrease - dropped by more than a 25%
Though, it is idiomatically correct, but I think if we have DROPPED then DECREASE in the end is redundant. Can someone give explanation on this?

Yeah, even I think so. There are so many senetences in Manhattan which seem incorrect or may be misprinting.
