Here choice A is not very clear whether the modifier " believing .....MBAs" is modifying career switchers or Managers. General rule is modifier should be close to what it modifies. In option A, modifier is not close to career switchers

2. now among a/b/d -

"believing blah blah" is a modifier. Should modify "career switchers" and should be placed as close as possible.
