A it is. according to SV agreement. obsession is singular - use is and "has grown"

A for me. Though I did not like any options.

Because we need "has" as "obsession" is singular and "gourmet Indian cuisine and Indian music that are bringing". We dont have the combination of both ('has' and 'are') in any sentence.

Sorry, but I cannot agree with OA.. Indian cuisine and music are plural and I beleive D makes a better option than A.

The focus should be on the world "market".

...national Market for X [FOOD] and Y [MUSIC] IS bringing the south asian culture to London.

To solve this question -- it will be easier to focus on what the sentence is trying to convey.

To break it down - UK is obsessed with Indian stuff -- this has created a market for Indian music and cuisine -- and it is THIS market that is driving the south Asian culture to the streets of London.

Market is the subject -- not the cuisine or the music.
