Hi, doesn't the below have a problem with the antecedent? This is from Kaplan and is the correct answer for the sentence correction.
B "In the acclaimed tome Truman, biographer David McCullough presented an in-depth study of Truman's rise to presidency, his leadership during his 8 years in office and his return to private life".
I did not choose this answer because I thought that "his" could refer to David or Truman..am I looking into this too much?
I thought the answer was:
D"An in-depth study of Truman's rise to presidency, his leadership during his 8 years in office and his return to private life is presented in David McCullough's tome Truman."
The answer said this was passive and not correct.

Sorry, I'm having trouble finding the question again now, should have bookmarked it....but that is the prompt - it's a sentence correction and the whole sentence was underlined...
The answer is the "B" one I put, even though I had thought it was the "D" that I wrote later on in the message!
