Fourth term of an arithmetic progression is 8
--> a + 3d = 8 ....... (1)
sum of the first n terms of the arithmetic progression = n/2(first term + last term)
--> Sum of first 7 terms = 7/2{a + (a + 6d)}
= 7/2{2a + 6d}
= 7(a + 3d)
= 7*8
= 56
IMO Option C
