Hi all,
While doing some of the problems in the IR Prep Tool, I ran across one question which seems easy - however the solution provided seems to make no sense.
My answer / Solution-set Answer
1) No / No
2) Yes / No
3) Yes / Yes

I agree that the answers (in order) should be NO, YES, YES.
There's an inconsistency in the Official explanation though (which you actually repeat in your post)...
You say the Official answers are:
NO, NO, YES
The text from the Official answers:
?, NO, YES
The answer table from the Official answers:
YES, YES, NO
Based on the information in this IR prompt, I think that every part of the Official explanation has at least one typo/error in it. If you used an old version of the software (especially if it's from a CD-Rom), then if might have been rushed to market with the errors still in it. I wouldn't be too concerned about it - YOUR answers are correct (and the Official GMAT that you take won't have this type of error on it).
