Hi, My B school is providing me with these options.
Which one would you think would increase my employability in the most general sense. Assume I have no direction of my first job for now and select a few probably the most relevant subjects in your opinion.

I would probably point out Cloud computing or Big Data. While you may not be able to put them on the resume, you can use the knowledge and background in conversation/interview and be a stronger candidate. Many people know what these kind of but don't really understand what it entails (e.g. Cloud computing is great but once you load the data in the cloud, you are stuck paying for it in perpetuity). Big data is great too but most companies cannot use and have no way of leveraging it.
Both areas are high growth industries. Another skill I would recommend is public speaking or presentation skills or excel modeling - those are always in demand and never get old.
Finally, if you can get a Project Management certification or experience, it is very handy as every knows - good project managers are hard to find.

Voting on this without knowing your work background would not be helpful. Very unlikely someone is going to hire you for the education alone if you have no relevant data points for these things. So it definitely depend upon your ability to get work experience ie internship that would back up the education. Quite honestly all of these look quite relevant and you could position yourself for a job, given the right background with any of these. If you plan to work in Nebraska maybe European tax law would not be. Otherwise very on the pulse I find.
