This is an example of present and past participle parallel modifiers given in MGMAT book. However, I am confused how fatigued can be placed next to sun (Since a Past participle modifier has to be kept close to the noun it modifies. I highly doubt if fatigued modifies the action of the Independent clause. Can anyone please explain?
