Hi there,
I think you have potential to get into Wharton but instead of rushing for R3, I would recommend taking another year (or at least few months till next year's R1) to build out your profile some more. It's great that you're only 22 so you have time on your side, most MBAs are applying at 25 or so. Here are some thought starters for you think about to really strengthen your profile and stand out:
While you have 3 years of work ex, I'm not sure about the quality of the work, or the leadership experience in that time frame. While it may be solid, maybe use the next coming months to get on high-profile projects, lead large teams, take initiative to solve a problem, work on projects that have international exposure or with international partners/clients? As the youngest employee, (which is awesome!) how have you translated that into an advantage and exponential growth - 1-2 promotions already? And playing devil's advocate, since you're so young, how can you show/ have shown that you have the maturity and professionalism that's demanded in MBA programs (If ad com looks at your profile, they will be thinking of this) - have you successfully led a team of people who're 10 years older to you?
You could also strengthen your EC profile - have a photography show with proceeds going towards your non-profit? Use the time to work for a non-profit that can be shown as proof certainly(if you're keen on doing that). Run a marathon, or help raise funds for your non-profit in another way? Might want to not mention the blog if it has been discontinued, or you don't plan on actively reviving it (and it gaining 10K followers or so) in the next few months. Might be easier for you to take on a leadership role in NGO capacity - lead fundraising, or take initiative to plan an event etc.
Hope that helps!
