This is pretty awesome--liked your blog!! How did you get the inspiration to start writing about this?
Though I am not black, but I do fall under the other diversity group of "woman". Is it important for me to see the participation of women in the various b-schools I look at.
I liked the example questions you provided to ask current students to have a more meaningful conversation.
